Lamifil has the most advanced overhead conductor range, providing solutions for overhead power transmission and distribution networks. The first in Europe to produce GAP, we have developed ultra high conductivity AAAC UHC and since 2005 supply the carbon cored ACCC® for improved efficiency at high temperature. With ACCC® for high temperature low sag and AAAC UHC for superior performance at lower temperatures, Lamifil manufactures solutions with superior conductivity and reduced total cost of ownership.

Overhead conductor developments
Lamifil has developed a range of alloys that help reduce losses and CO2 emissions.
The All Aluminium Alloy Conductors with Ultra High Conductivity or AAAC UHC is probably the most efficient overhead conductor available today. It lowers CO2 emissions by reducing the need for generation capacity to compensate for network losses.
